For those that do not know, OpenVista is built on gtk#/gtk+ for the GUI. It runs on Mono and .net framework.
OpenVista is a "good electronic hospital record system: the staff can electronically manage patients' information, improve billing and drug-prescription accuracy, and reduce diagnostic errors."
OpenVista is also open source software.
Maybe OpenVista could be used to "computerize the [United States] health care records." This from article:
