[Mono-dev] mono inlining

Would mono_custom_attrs_from_method(), mono_custom_attrs_from_class(),
mono_custom_attrs_from_property() be what I'm looking for to look up
attributes for this purpose?

It does seem to a lot of work to get to the class name of a Attribute.
