[Mono-dev] greetings (new here)... a few things...

There is a new open-source AOT/JIT compiler for the CIL being written right
now as a component of the MOSA project (http://mosa.codeplex.com). We plan
to use the existing Mono's runtime libraries (except for the "internal
calls" which we plan to implement in managed code).
