[Mono-dev] SVN upgraded to subversion 1.5.x

The Mono SVN server at mono-cvs.ximian.com has been upgraded to
Subversion 1.5.x.

That means that if you have a 1.5.x client you will finally be able to
enjoy merge tracking, sparse checkouts, changelists...

If you have an older client, this should not affect you in any way.
