[Mono-dev] Announcing Mono 2.4 Preview 3...

Here is a really nasty regression that affects basically every GTK# app 
(MonoDevelop and Tomboy, at least) on Linux and Mac OS X:

This regression is due to some change in the mono-2-4 branch in the last 
two weeks.  I have tried various versions of gtk-sharp-2.12, and either 
this is a Mono bug, or it is a fix in Mono that has caused a bug in 
gtk-sharp.  I could use help getting people to reproduce it in Linux.
