[Mono-dev] Building mono on OSX

xap is a Silverlight 2 thing (as far as i know)...  I don't think Mono supports that yet. (It on the roadmap for later this year)  
 
 I could be wrong though...

Don't know what xap might be, but it could be that it simply doesn't 
find libMonoPosixHelper.dylib. You may need to set your 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable.
