[Mono-dev] 2.4 Preview - problem with reproducing a regression

Strange thing is this was almost deterministic for me (2 out of 3
runs, only on Windows, Linux preview worked fine). And I had never
bumped into it before. Should I investigate this further, or just be
happy that it works again?
