Hey Mike

  Are you saying I only need gtk-sharp-2-12-branch.

The parallel mono environment documentation seems to refer to both gtk-sharp
gtk-sharp2.  I am trying to build a parallel mono 2.6 environment.

Where do you propose I pull the gtk-sharp from , if not the trunk ?

Also is monodoc merged with main trunk now ?
