I just downloaded the daily tar ball for mono mono-20091204. I
Compiling with --with-glib=embedded gives me an error eglib directory not
found.
Compiling just with --prefix=DIR seemed to work correctly. I am using
gettext-0.17 glib-2.22.3 libiconv-1.13.1 pkg-config-0.23 libraries.
For some reason I had to uninstall existing mono installation from Snow
Leopard. It seems like the svn builds need mono preinstalled and the tar
ball build donot like if you have an existing mono installation
