[Mono-dev] Mono's DateTime not implement same interfaces as .NET

Hi,

MS .NET implementation of DateTime implements ISerializable, and not Mono.
Is it a bug? I didn't find anything in the forum regarding it. Should I open
a case in the bugtracker?
