Hi, I'm Levi Campbell and I've used mono for a while now but have never
contributed to it

I read through the Summer of Code project idea page and read one project
idea investigates using LLVM as a back-end for the JIT compiler, I'd like to
take on this project and I've got a few questions.

1. Has this been done by someone else?
2. Where can I find the JIT compiler in the source code?
3. Is there any other documentation that talks about how the JIT compiler
works?
