[Mono-dev] Using using System.Threading namespace

Hi,

I'd like to try System.Threading and System.Threading.Collections on 
Linux to work a little bit with "ParallelFX".

Is it going to be included together with the mono sources or should I 
just go to the Mono GSoc repository?
