[Mono-dev] tuner, csharplib and --with-moonlight=no

Hello,

Right now I am building mono configured as "--with-moonlight=no" to
workaround some weird build failure on windows.

Now, I'm getting build error at csharplib because of lack of tuner.
tuner is built only as part of NET_2_1 profile, while csharplib uses
tuner regardless of --with-moonlight option.

Actually I think that tuner should be built regardless of this option.
Is it impossible to build tuner under 2.0 profile?
