[Mono-dev] Missing Makefile.in for pixman in libgdiplus

Well, the subject line says it all: after checking out the latest  
libgdiplus, configure reports a missing Makefile.in, which is indeed  
not there. This file is not autogenerated, is it, and should be in the  
repository, right?
