[Mono-dev] How to get Mono.Simd

Thanks for that info, Rodrigo, it explains why I get false for every  
SimdRuntime.IsMethodAccelerated I tried this far. And why I got slow- 
downs instead of speed-ups.... Back to the compilation process...
