[Mono-dev] Mono on DD-WRT or OpenWrt

Thanks. It's been a while since I wrote the 1.0 JIT for MIPS, hopefully it won't take me too long to get back up to speed.

Unified diffs are the best. A set of small patches are preferred over a single big one.
Contributions are expected to follow our code guidelines as well: http://www.mono-project.com/Coding_Guidelines

Thank you.

What format do you prefer patches in? Unified diff? Quilt patch collections?

Thanks,
Mark

We welcome contributors interested in maintaining ports that we cannot do ourselves.

Just fire your text editor, do some stuff, send the patches and we will review and integrate them back.

The MIPS port hasn't received any attention in the past few months, we don't have a continuous build machine and
neither a mantainer to not let the others break it.

It shouldn't be a lot of work to get it back in shape, thou.

Sorry not mentioning the architecture. The devices I'm interested in use the MIPS32 architecture. I've found few documentation on the status of MIPS support on the home page.

The disk space problem can be solved by using an external hard drive connected via USB. (Other solutions involve hardware modification.)
