[Mono-dev] standalone tests on buildbot

Hi,

To increase our test coverage, I think we should start running standalone
tests (where available) on our buildbot.

I'm thinking specifically about the tests for System.Configuration:
System.Configuration/Test/standalone

But a quick look in SVN showed me that we also have the following standalone
tests:

System.Data/Test/ProviderTests (require RDBMS)
System.Web.Services/Test/standalone
System.XML/Test/System.xml/standalone_tests
System.XML/Test/System.xml.Schema/standalone_tests
System.XML/Test/System.xml.Xsl/standalone_tests

Perhaps we could even run (a subset of) the tests in gert/standalone on our
buildbot, but let's take it one step at a time.
