[Mono-dev] compiling mono using vs 2005

This is due to my only laziness.  I did not set up the dependency list
correctly for the solution because it was causing linker errors on the
non eglib targets.  I found the solution and have fixed it.

Thanks for trying the VS builds and giving feedback.
