[Mono-dev] Npgsql svn updated to 2.0.1

Hi all!

Miguel asked me to update Npgsql svn source head to Npgsql 2.0.1
version before the branch. I hope I had time enough to make it. My
revision was 117970 and as I didn't see any message on list until now
about the branching, I'm assuming I could make it.

Npgsql now requires .net 2.0 and above. I know Mono has the default
compile system targeted to build net_1_1 and net_2_0 profiles. I'd
like to ask you to remove Npgsql from net_1_1 profile compiliation. I
don't know how to do it. :(

Please, check your build servers to see if everything is ok. And sorry
for any problems this may give you.

I tested here and could compile successfully.
