[Mono-dev] My previous whine about encoding problem solved

I updated my server's System.Web assembly from the mono svn and the bug 
went away. I haven't examined it any deeper than that. I suspect it is a 
1.9.1 bug, and I hope mono 1.9.2 will be released later on with an 
up-to-date SW.dll, so I don't have to worry about what I might have 
broken by making this frankensteinian install.

I did appreciate the irony that I was whining about encoding issues on a 
mailing list that was unable to show those chars, too.

*sigh*
