[Mono-dev] Building gtk-sharp 1.0.10 problem

Hi,

I'm rebuilding gtk-sharp for inclusion in Fedora and have hit a problem
when building rsvg. What non-C# library do I need to have installed to
ensure that rsvg gets built?
