[Mono-dev] Link to svn revision in bugzilla comments

In general I agree that having revision number in bugzilla comment
is better, but since you seem claiming so loudly, I rather assume
that you are not good at the actual commit search ;-)

When you need the commit info, go to mono-patches archive by date,
and then search for the patches from the person who added the comment
on bugzilla. (It shouldn't be hard, should be?) Most of the hackers
makes *only a few commits* a day, and those changes are often relevant
for each (in such cases you should also pay attention to other
commits anyways, as people often make additional fixes after closing
bugs with an earlier revision number).
