[Mono-dev] mono-service process name

exec -a is a bashism (AFAIK), so please make sure the
scripts/mono-service.in file uses #!/bin/bash instead of #!/bin/sh as
shebang if this change gets applied.

The statement that killall uses this process-name is incorrect though.
