My Analysis
I think the command is not working as expected
SqliteCommand insertCmd = new SqliteCommand(DELETE FROM t1;"INSERT INTO
t1 (t, f, i, b) VALUES(:textP, :floatP, :int
egerP, :blobP)", _conn);
