[Mono-dev] User-Agent for Monologue

Cool.  This should be in svn now (r108332), I assume you have to manually rebuild monologue-worker for this to actually take affect.  If I get a chance next weekend I'll also add in an HTTP conditional get so we play a little nicer with servers (It's a two line patch, I just want to make sure it's properly tested).
