[Mono-dev] some attention please on a unicode bug

Hi,

I beg on some attention on bug: #350979 which is a blocker to me.

It is about unicode encoding.

I would provide some more information on it as far as someone is 
assigned to take a look at it.
I just feel that no one is going to take a look at it for the next few 
months.
