[Mono-dev] : Merge bug fix for NaN and +/- Infinity ToString("R") into 1.9

Hi, Miguel.

During our testing of the upcoming version of Grasshopper we detected
and fixed a regression in the new NumberFormatter code.
The regression has to do with NaN and +/-Infinity.ToString("R") and I
have committed a fix (including tests) into Mono version "r95428".
Would you like this fix merged into the upcoming 1.9 release?
