[Mono-dev] SWF Issues

The rtb bug wound up bing to simple to seem worth it. It would take as long to download as to create. The bug has been fixed
  I will likely try to produce programs for the other issues.
   
  I have a tool that coverts between VB.NET and C# if anyone needs code converted.
  A vendor (instantC# & InstantVB from Tangible Software Solutions) gave me a free copy to use on open source projects in exchange for some plugs.
