[Mono-dev] --debug=casts on Windows

--debug=casts doesn't work on Windows, with:
    error: --debug=casts not supported on this platform.

Is there any more information on this somewhere?  I can't see anything in
--help-debug or on the man page.  Is Windows the only platform affected? 
I'm just curious.
