[Mono-dev] VBCodeProvider always returns VBNC_CRASH under mono 2.0 beta preview used through the embedding API

Hi Guys,

When using the VBCodeProvider to compile a very simple Hello World script through the embedding API mono version 2.0 beta preview, it always returns VBNC_CRASH in the errors. The CSharpCodeProvider works.
Using mono 1.9.1 the VBCodeProvider works as expected. 
(tested on windows).
