[Mono-dev] Patch: Linear IL for PPC/darwin

Hey,

This makes Linear IL work with PPC on darwin.  A few runtime and corlib
tests fail, but they also failed before the merge.  I'm working on them,
though.

Zoltan: Could you please take a look at the patch?
