[Mono-dev] patch for System.Core

Hi,

Attached is a patch for System.Core assembly.

We have found some bugs in the implementation of the Queryable extension
methods.

The bugs were mostly around whether to call 'Provider.Execute' or
'Provider.CreateQuery'.

The patch also contains tests that support the fix.
