[Mono-dev] Unable to locate msc during compile

Hi there

I am getting a pretty confusing message when trying to compile mono-svn - it 
can not find mcs. 

The machine already have an install of mono-1.9. My PATH (ect) includes a 
reference to this: Here is the last few lines of output from the compilation 
process:
