[Mono-dev] Patch fixing Basic Auth in HttpListener

Hello,

I was suggested to contact you regarding bug when wrong HTTP header  
was sent by HttpListenet set to use Basic authentication scheme:

I already prepared simple patch with appropriate tests. Could you
