[Mono-dev] Unit tests for WCF

Hello,

As usual, it has NUnit test infrastructure in:
topdir/class/Directory.By.Assembly/Test/Directory.By.Namespaces/Test.By.Class.cs

Basically it should not be a separate test suite unless there is some 
appropriate reason.
