[Mono-dev] Problem with Configuration Manager

Hi Petic,
I try your suggestion ...

For complete the scenario, when I try to run the application bundled,
the problem got the AppSetting object (apps) but is empty.
I try to add the stacktrace but simple tell me that the program make
the following calls:

  at System.Environment.get_StackTrace() in
  at ConfigurationBug.MainClass.Main(System.String[] args)

The mono version that I use is mono1.2.5-1
