[Mono-dev] [patch] automake 1.10 support

   Attached is a patch for various projects in the SVN tree that fail
to bootstrap if automake 1.10 is installed. I didn't want to be too
intrusive, so cocoa-sharp and objc-sharp may need another change for
some platforms when automake 1.11 is out.

   By the way, I take the liberty to send patches to the mono lists
because I have seen other patches sent there, but maybe Bugzilla is
preferred?
