[Mono-dev] Mono installer doesn't start on Ubuntu 7.10 [1.2.5 and above]

Dear Mono,

 

I’ve downloaded and tried to run the latest mono installer on Ubuntu 7.10 but the installer exists without doing anything. Is there any way to force a debug log out of the installer?
