[Mono-dev] Error installing mod_mono on Apache 1.3

Hi, yesterday I tried to install mono to handle asp.net application 
on a machine using Apache 1.3
I finished rpms installation succesfully but when I configured 
mod_mono and restarted apache I got an error:

Syntax error on line 1011 of /etc/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/mod_mono.so into server: 
/usr/local/apache/libexec/mod_mono.so: undefined symbol: unixd_config

The versions of mono and mod_mono are the lastest, downloaded yesterday.
Linux version is Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 2)
uname says Linux .... 2.6.9-22.ELsmp #1 SMP Mon Sep 19 18:32:14 EDT 
2005 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
Apache Server version: Apache/1.3.33 (Unix) Server built:   Jun  6
