(Resent with gzipped attachment)

This is a work-in-progress to port the mono JIT to hppa. With this patch
(and the previous ones in the series) in place, the JIT will compile and
generate code.

The status of the regression tests are:
basic: Overall results: tests: 2356, 100% pass, opt combinations: 19
basic-calls: Overall results: tests: 475, 100% pass, opt combinations: 19
basic-float: Overall results: tests: 475, 100% pass, opt combinations: 19
basic-long: Overall results: tests: 1615, 100% pass, opt combinations: 19
arrays: Overall results: tests: 399, failed: 10, opt combinations: 19
(pass: 97.49%)
exceptions: crashes
objects: crashes
bench: runs but fails
generics: hangs

A simple "hello world" will run.

Much work remains to be done. :)

Comments, patches, and any help is very much appreciated.

randolph
