That is not true. We have contributed back where we can.

Unfortunately the parts of our class libraries that are based on Mono
code are so different (stripping to match Compact Framework API,
offloading as much as we can to Symbian libraries, etc) that the only
contributions we can make are to things like tools (Armand's work on
Cecil comes to mind) and helping out on the mailing list.
