[Mono-dev] Patch for System.Data/CustomDataClassGenerator.cs

Hi,

This is a patch for System.Data/CustomDataClassGenerator.cs fixing several
issues when generating code for Visual Basic - the current implementation
creates a incorrect CodeDOM tree in a few specific cases where the incorrect
and correct tree generates the same C# source.
