Little note for Debian/Ubuntu users:
I uploaded today the mono-debugger package to Debian/Unstable (but it's
in the NEW queue), but it's also available from my APT repository:
deb http://debian.meebey.net/pkg-mono/mono-debugger ./

The package might also work for Ubuntu.
(if APT is not crying about not installable dependencies)
