Well, the various pieces are part of different namespaces already
covered by Mono.   See the web page with details about it, but basically
we need to setup the API-corcompare framework to find out what we are
missing (am working on it).

The modules will be mcs and olive for now (and unmanaged code will
likely go elsewhere, like we do today with libgdiplus).
