[Mono-dev] [PATCH] mdb, frame selection using f command

Hey,

Here is a patch to be able to switch the current frame with the
f/frame command. Is it ok to go in?

Btw, it seems that when the "bt" command is used, the current frame is
re-initialized to 0, is it the desired behavior?
