Hello,

    An initial implementation has been checked into:

	mcs/class/corlib/Mono/DataConverter.cs

    Documentation for this class can be found here:

    The proposed mechanism for using this is detailed here:

	http://www.mono-project.com/Mono_DataConvert#Obtaining_Mono.DataConvert

    I have only done some minimal testing, I need to write complete
tests and add support for the ARM floating point format.
