Hey Paul,

The splash page is available here:

Which has links to regular download packages as well:

The release is primarily fixes to ASP.Net that should be helpful for 
people porting their webapps for Race to Linux, but of course anyone is 
welcome to download and use it.  We are hoping to do a regular full 
release in a month or so.
