Attached are changes for MathTest.cs.
  I added some tests for Decmial.Rounding, and replaced some Asserts with some AssertsEquals, which the web site says are preferred.
  Added commented out tests for bugs 60227 and 63902, which are old bugs not likely to be fixed soon.
   
  SharpDevelop seemed to have added 3 strange charectors to the start of the file. That semed to be fewer changes that the C# express editor. notepad, or write.
   
  1) Are these good, right format, in the right place (instead of Decimal.Round(), etc.
   
  2) Can/should someone check this in for me. I am done with decimal rounding, and starting on double rounding. The checkin could wait till I have done more, but I would rather do more smaller chekins
