[Mono-dev] Regression of bug 80260?

I just did a Subversion get and attempted to build a project that used to be
affected by this bug:

Yesterday, the patch to fix it was applied, and everything worked fine.
However, after my most recent update, it is broken again.

 

Does anyone know about why this may have changed?
