[Mono-dev] Smokey - a new FxCop/Gendarme like tool

I've written a tool to analyze assemblies for problems. Currently it  
only supports eleven rules, but that's enough to find some serious  
problems in the 1.2.5 mono assemblies. Here are some sample reports:
